Hey, I just moved from erpnext 10 to 11. I am facing problem of adding purchase receipt for items. It says the item is not found, even though I am able to open the item from the list of items. When I add a new item in v11, I am able to create purchase receipts purchase orders and everything, just face the problem for old items. Please help! Urgent!
Current Erpnext Version: staging:
ERPNext: v11.0.3-beta.26 () (staging)
Frappe Framework: v11.0.3-beta.33 () (staging)
Am unaware of this issue. Maybe post on github. As a urgent hack/fix. Export all items to csv and see what column the new items have that the old items don’t have. Copy and paste this value into all old items then import. HTH
I did check on the database. Nothing different found. However, it still wont work. Had to roll back
go to the items and check if buying item and try to change something and save
if there is changes it will be saved
Could this be a user permissions error/change?
ERPNext user Roles have been changed.
Just a very odd issue
If the new item row is exact same as the old item row (except creation date) in table then this does not make sense.
Please explain exact process and error message displayed.
