Item Shortage Notification - bug?

I did a restock of an item and the shortage notification is not removed.

How to fix this?

Please check Projected Qty for the item. The Shortage status indicates that you have received more order for this item than the stock available in your warehouse.

Works fine in my test account. Shortage status is only applied if Projected Qty is less than zero.

I have shortage showing with zero stock, zero orders…

This is after doing extensive duplicating and deleting to (mostly) work around another apparent bug issue which was reserve/projected stock being stuck at -55/55 despite completely DELETING the production order.

Can you explain that?

[49] I am trying to delete the warehouse and it will not allow me due to a “bin” which exists despite the production order is cancelled and deleted. So all editable sources for this “reserved stock” have been eliminated. When I search links I find bins, but I cannot delete or edit these.
