Item Tax Template and Sales Invoice

Dear Afternoon

We are using ERPNext in the following version

Vers%C3%A3o

And we’re having trouble generating any sales invoices.
We create some Tax Templates Item, we add it to the Items, but at the moment we select it, within the invoice, the tax does not go up, it does not appear in the table and it is not added in the final value.

Here is the sequence

May i know why the tax rates are negative?
And On which version you are using??

Due to the invoices and taxes used in Brazil, we had to put the rates on the negative so that it could be displayed, according to the original note. We did tests with positive values, hand did not work.

The version we are using this in the first picture of this topic.
