Item Tax template ERPNext

As Item tax template functionality is override by india compliance app .i want to use itemized tax for some items and and not sales tax templates with standard rates of CGST,SGST and IGST.
But it is auto fetch In-State template by India compliance functionality. I
have to remove every time.
