Item Template And Variant concept

In the Latest Version When i am creating the Template and Variant it shows the error.
While creating the Template it saved but when making the variant it shows error message.

Hi,

I have just tried and it is working fine. Are you trying to change the field “Variant Of”. Please note that this field can be set only once.
