Item - Where has the Manufacturer entry field gone

In my new (hosted) instance I have this view in the New Item page:

Where are the Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part Number entry field, as shown in the documentation?

If it’s been removed, how can I add this information to an Item? I have several hundred parts with this information, but nowhere to store it.

I found the answer. The Manufacturer information has now been expanded and improved. A single item can have multiple manufacturers and multiple manufacturer’s part numbers. Search for “Item Manufacturer List”.
The workflow for import is to first import your Items, then using the Item Code create a new Import for the Manufacturer information.
