When adding items on delivery note, purchase receipt, sales invoice etc…when cursor is on item code link-field, then it automatically fetch item master data…
My question, I just curious and worry … if we have large number (thousands) of items, how this fetching mechanism actually works? Always fetch all items in the database OR??? If it always fetch all items in the database, then I believe we will have performance issue
I have never tested it actually…maybe somebody has experience on it…
