I have company A and company B each one have its own item and item group
what I want is not to show the item of company A in Company B and item of company B in company A
HOW I can do it ?

If you want to restrict the item for the users based on company, you can use user permissions for the same. So the user1 in company A wont be see the products of company B
It should add company field in item form first right?
Yes, please add a company link field in the item master. After that you can restrict permission to users by allocating the respective companies to each users

For my case, I have 3 company A, B and C and one Item available at company A,B not C.

Using link field and setting permissions should resolve multi companies.
i think if you make multiselect field for company and make the permission for the 2 you want to make the item for them
