Itemwise Tax Break

It seems that when I changed the name of my Tax Accounts ( From VAT to Claim %21 to VAT to Claim HIGH and similiar, since the character ‘%’ was causing trouble) and I changed the low tax amount from %6 to %9, my tax breakups still render the old values for both name and calculate wrt to the old values.

How can I update the tax rates and tax accounts’ names such that they are reflected here?

This has been resolved by a combination of adding the item again / or logging in again.
Somehow I am not observing old values now, but the names have stuck.
