After job application convert into employee, then why system show in job applicant list and system again make job offer

Hi ,
You need to change job application status from open to closed from opening form
option is open , replied , hold , reject
I feel this a Bug and we need to report.
This is the flow
*Job Opening > Creation of job applicant >offer letter >make employee
But the issue is after convert the job applicant into employee we can able to create duplicate employee with same job applicant .
I have reported this issue lets wait for update
