Hello everyone,
I would like to start a discussion around the Jordan e-Invoice (فاتورة إلكترونية الأردن)requirements and explore the possibilities of implementing them within ERPNext.
As many of you may know, the Jordanian Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) has mandated the use of e-Invoicing for businesses. This includes:
- Real-time invoice submission to ISTD.
- Use of UUID, QR code, and digital signatures.
- Compliance with technical specs defined by ISTD.
Points for discussion:
- Has anyone started working on integrating ERPNext with Jordan’s e-Invoice system?
- What would be the best architectural approach?** (e.g., custom app, API integration, middleware?)
- Are there existing tools or modules that can be reused for this?
- How can we handle digital signatures and QR codes in ERPNext invoices?
- Can we collaborate to build a community module for this integration?
