Journal Entry Template missing in my setup

Hi:

I haven’t able to find the Journal Entry Template that is described here..

My Installed Apps
ERPNext:** v12.8.0 (version-12)
Frappe Framework:** v12.5.2 (version-12)

I have checked my current user and also de Admin.

Is there anything that should be enabled for this?

This has been added to develop, not v12, hence not available. It’ll most likely be added to the next v13 release:
