json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1

Hi All,

Recently, migrated the existing Prod to a new server, and since then, I’m facing an issue where a server issue pops up, stating “json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)”… This occurs only while clicking CRM module or Workforce Management (a custom workspace which I’ve created).

Kindly help me resolve this issue with the possible solution… Thanks in advance.

I have also checked for any errors in common_site_config.json and it also looks fine.

Please help me resolve this issue.
