JV Upload jumping numbers (live chat not working)

Hi

We tried to raise this issue on live chat but live chat is not working

Our JV upload is jumping numbers so after “00025” its jumped to as below:

00023

00024

00025

002600001

002700001

002800001

and so on…

Please let me know what the issue is.

Hi Sonal,

Live chat is working now, please come online. We can do chats or share screen to dig into the problem.

Otherwise send a mail into su…@erpnext.com with the data file (csv). Looking like "Naming Series" data not entered correctly in csv file.
