K3s helm chart not deploying to local set up

Hello. I’ve been trying to deploy erp next helm chart to no avail. I am required to use a pre existing PVC named erp-pvc. I’m using ingress-nginx and metalLB. The worker and new-site pods are stuck in waiting mode. Anything in the helm chart that needs to be specifically addressed? Here’s the yaml I’m using from the helm chart.

Storage class need to support RWX access mode.

The pvc is set to many.

Error for the new-site pod is “ Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[sites-dir], unattached volumes=[], failed to process volumes=[sites-dir]: timed out waiting for the condition”
