I have a suggestion that the Laboratory Module should be independent of the Healthcare Module. Because of its nature medical labs do exist without the complete healthcare system. Some good software for healthcare like GNU Health provides independent software for lab management.
Some features which I would like to see are.
In my case, I would like the feature independently since it is a manufacturing plant
