I have been trying to work with the employee attendance.
I was wondering if there is any way to count late attendance? Like, if someone is late for 5 days, the system will count that as one day absent? And thus, it will be deducted from the allocated leave? If the allocated leave is over, then count as leave without pay?
Right now, only Present, Absent & Half day available.
Late attendance should not necessarily count as half day!
This feature is not available for now. If you have resources available, please develop this feature and contribute in the core ERPNext application. Also, will be best to make it configurable from customize form.
For now, you can create a Leave Application for unpaid leave as a work-around.
