LDAP login issue with production mode

I couldn’t see errors in production mode when failing to login using LDAP credentials.

Some users work and after sometime it stopped authentication.

Logged into the server and tried LDAP search and it works. The only issue is erpnext not allowing new LDAP users

solved.

issue was from firewall.
internet was blocked resulting Gravatar not to fetch user’s avatar from first letters of AD credentials.
