LDAP login Problem

When trying to log in to LDAP, not login in and doesn’t give an error. What could be the reason?

ERPNext: v14.x.x-develop () (develop)

Frappe Framework: v15.x.x-develop () (develop)

Frappe HR: v15.0.0-dev (develop)

Did you check errors from backend log and browser dev tool log?

Can you provide dev log from python backend? Request has 500 error response may throw detail in terminal.

how can I find it if it’s not in the log file /frappe/logs

The easiest way is you start with command frappe start, keep terminal open and make a request to capture log.

and says username or password is incorrect, but everything is correct in the settings.

So the account you filled in setting has problem. You should double check again, clear all and re-input.
