Lead Designation - defaults to person vs. organization

When we use a webform like this → https://empowery.com/cheat

We noticed that the LEADs coming in are automatically set to the individual name and that we can not select the LEAD AS AN ORGANIZATION check box.

In our case we have many contacts at individual companies, but it is far more effective to treat the single organization as the lead vs. the individual.

Is there a way to have a lead form in the CRM default to setting the lead as an organization?

Easy peasy:
Customize Form → Lead
Change the “Default” field to “1” on “Lead is an Organization”

Which gets you:
