We have recently migrated from ERPNext 13 to 15. Originally, in version 13, when an item was created for one of our custom lead doctypes, its status was set to ‘Open’. When a user sent an email from that item, they would then manually set the status to ‘Replied’ or any other option. Once the email was replied to and returned to our system, the status would then automatically update back to ‘Open’.
However, since migrating to version 15, the status fields are not being updated. Is there a reason for this or a possible fix?
