I have a leave type Casual leave

this leave is paid leave and i want in an year paid leave allocate to employee 24 because in every month 2 leave
and i want give him previous unused leave to employee, some have 24 and some have 15 as so on but when allocated unused leave also then only 24 leave is allocated

How i setup that in each year 24 leave allocated to employee and also unused leave allocated in casula leave

Hi @Mack ,

You have set Maximum Leave Allocation Allowed to 24, and hence you wont be able to allocate employee more than 24 Leave in a Cycle.
Either you set the maximum count more 24.

Hi @Mack,

Since the Maximum Leave Allocation Allowed is set to 24, the system prevents allocating more than that in a cycle. You can increase the limit if a higher allocation is needed.

If i have set 48 maximum leave allocation then which employee have not unused leave then it get each month 4 leave which allocated automatically but i want give him 24 leave per year which means employee earn 2 leave per month

I want give 2 leave per month automatically which means 24 leave allocate to employee per year in leave type Casual Leave.
and also give him previous unused leave in casual leave which maybe more than 24.
For ex if an employee from 1 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025 work in company and he has unused casual leave is 24.
in new period 1 March 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 he get 2 leave per month and also get his unused leave in casual leave
