Leave application- issue filter

Hello All,
I have this issue and i don´t know what happen.

It was the first time that this user logged into the account.
The user didn´t choose any filters only entered into Leave Application and tried to click in new and this message appeared.
How can i solve this?

Which version you are on?

@ArundhatiS i have the Version: 7.2.14

This is happening with all accounts when the enter in the Leave Application.
@ArundhatiS do have any ideia why this is happening?
