In Southern Africa, Labor law states that an employees leave period runs from his date of employment. So in this case Not from a company wide Leave period but rather on a per employee basis. As well different leave types have different cycles, example:
Annual Leave 12 month cycle from date of employment
Sick Leave 36 month cycle from date of employment
Maternity Leave 12 months from 01 Jan
Does ERPNext somehow account for this? Has anyone managed to Setup a structure like this?
I have tested Leave allocations and they do work if you create the allocation manually for each employee. It will add the earned leave as well however is there any way at the moment to automatically create the allocations for the cycles once the allocation for the employee has ended?
