Dear All,

Please help me with this.

Single salary Structure for all the employee using formula based calculation

Now, We need to give Leave Encashment

In Salary Structure we have mentioned the amount for the per day but its getting calculated for all.

every employee has diff. Amount per day.

Please help me with this.

if possible kindly provide the salary structure and leave encashment policy to calculate the encashment for one employee and provide some more light on the issue to understand more better …!
