Hi Team,
We are facing an issue with the Leave Ledger report. For a single Leave Allocation or Leave Application, the same transaction is being repeated multiple times in the report.
Example:
- For employee
et emp (test employee) - Period:
01-07-2025to30-09-2025 - A single allocation entry (
HR-LAL-2025-03585) appears twice. - Similarly, Earned Leave allocation (
HR-LAL-2025-02368) and other transactions are also shown multiple times.
This makes the report confusing and inflates the records.
Additional Issue:
When trying to open some of the duplicated transaction names directly from the report, the system shows:
Sorry! I could not find what you were looking for.
Expected Behaviour:
- Each Leave Allocation / Leave Application should only appear once in the Leave Ledger report.
- Clicking on a transaction name should always open the correct document.
Actual Behaviour:
- Entries are duplicated/repeated for the same transaction.
- Some transaction links are broken and lead to the “Sorry! I could not find what you were looking for.” error.
