Leave period grant leave button not allocate leave type with "is leave without pay"

i am using erpnext 11, and when i try to create leave allocation through leave period using grant leave button then it only allocate leaves type which “is leave with pay”. in case if the leave type
“is leave without pay” it wont grant leave for that leave type.

Did you try leave allocation instead of ‘Grant leaves’ ?

yes, it works fine with leave allocation, but “Grant Leaves” only works if leave type is not checked with “leave without pay” in case if my leave type is checked with “leave without pay” then it does not Grant Leaves of that type.

Looks like a bug, the system should allow to grant leaves even though LWP is checked. Meantime, you can use leave allocation as a workaround.
