Leave Policy Assignment based on leave period

I have assigned an employee leave policy based on leave period
1-1-2024 to - 31-12-2024 with leave types ( 30 days annual - 10 days sick)
but after submitting the assignment it allocates ( 20 days for annual - 7 days for sick)
it doesn’t assign the whole 30 days despite that I haven’t choose the leave types as earned leave so why it calculates 8 months only and allocates the leaves with less than specified ?

Hi,

System allocates the leaved monthly pro-rata basis.

It is allocated till 31st August and each month end system will allocate the monthly pro-rate leave.
