Leave Without Pay in case of Continous Leave Allocated

I am implementing the Leave Management and in that case we have the rules as below

Now if the Employee is on a leave from 1st June to 8th June – 8 Days continous so as per the above policy, 1 day would go for Leave Without Pay, So Is the System will do by Default?


In your case, employees are not allowed to fill in the leave application for more than 7 days. You need to set up an internal policy informing employees that if anyone has left more than 7 days consecutively, they need to fill out two leave application forms, one for 7 days continuos and one for balance leave days as leave without pay.
