I have a problem with customizing the letter head. Under the customizing tab, it does not allow me to change font sizes, or align text, etc. Most of the formatting buttons are grayed out. I am stuck with the default settings.
Is there any way to get these formatting options to work?

I did use that setup to create a custom letter head, but as I said, the formatting options cannot be selected, I cannot change font size, cannot change alignment, etc… All those buttons cannot be selected for some reason or other.
Are you on the latest version of Frappe / ERPNext ? Also, try the reload option in your menu.
