Hello there is there a way to link Many projects to different Sales Orders and to different Invoices?

A child table would have to be created in the Sales Order and Invoice for that.
If you create a Sales Order / Sales Invoice from here:
You are already linking the Project with those docs. You can create as many orders and they all will be linked. Just use the dashboard in Project.
