Link Serial to other Item

Hi,

Is there any way to change SN linked item code? The case is user made mistake on PREC transaction, it should be item A, but linked to item B instead.

We can cancel that PREC actually to make SN inactive then delete it and make another PREC. But the issue is other SN of other items already delivered/sold and there’s no way to cancel back all those sales transactions to be able to cancel that PREC

Is there any way/workaround to change linked item of a SN?

You can change the serial no from serial no document instead of item code and it will reflect in transactions.
