Hi,
somebody knows if it is possible to link a sales order with an existing delivery note, which has not been created using the "actions" options ?
now the sales appear as not completed, because it does not have any associated/linked delivery note

One way is to cancel and amend the Delivery Note. When you amend, remember to "Pull" the Items from Sales Order so that the links are preserved.

To prevent this from happening again,
You can go to Selling > Setup > Selling Settings and set "Sales Order Required"
