Sometimes we have to clear our cache two or three times in order to view the correct status of links (Which still doesn’t show workflow states). I don’t know of any way to automate this, and the links view should, in a perfect world, reflect the current status real-time. This is becoming even more important with V7 and the promenance of the links.
Perhaps the solution would be to setup an Async task?
