In Contact List View, the default number of columns to display is 4: Name, Email Address, Status, Phone.
Inside Add / Remove Fields, I have a choice of fields for additional columns.
However, the hidden field Created By is not there. I know it is there, it is because as a User, Filter contains Created By:
What can I do to have Created By as a display column?
