List view permissions for two users

I have made a DocType that is such that is basically an Employee Giving Feedback to the Supervisor/Senior
I know that in Role Permissions Manager if I select “Only if Creator” only the one who made it can see it but I need to make a script where even the supervisor (that username and email will be mentioned in the Doctype’s fields) and I need to make sure that specefic user and the creator is able to see the Doctype

use the share button to share the record maybe? Then only the person - supervisor in this case along with the creator of the record will be able to see it.
