LMS - Bench Build command

Hi,
I have installed LMS alongside ERPNext and Frappe latest version 15.
However, whenever I rund bench commands after LMS installation I get errors. e.g. when run bench build command this is the error I get. Any advise on how to fix this issue?

How about you provide steps to reproduce this?

I just ran Bench Build command, thats it.
while this command is executing, I get this error.
