LMS - Certify by Course Levels as User Progresses?

Hello,

Is there any way to certify a user as they complete a stage of a course?

i.e. A course has 4 chapters.
If all lessons within chapter 1 are completed, the user gains a certificate for passing level 1, i.e. foundation. If they go on to complete chapter 2 their certificate is “upgraded” to a higher level, i.e Intermediate…and so on.

Is this a possibility?

You can grant users certificates after they complete the entire course but not after completing each chapter.
