LMS is only good in India because of Razor Pay - add other payment gateways

LMS with Razorpay is not good for any other country and it would be better to select from the payment gateways under the payments apps like stripe or paypal etc

Note: You can install the payments app on to of frappe and LMS but this have no bearing on the payment settings under LMS
