Loading Print Designer Format

Hi,
I am trying to edit the print format with Print Designer, the loading message shown, but it not going anywhere.However, I am able to print the docuemt with Print Designer, but not able to edit the print format.
Anyone can hlep?

‘PDF Generator’ option can solve the problems.

For ‘wkhtmltopdf‘, it is required:

Ensure the required version, if you can not then use ‘chrome‘ as the PDF generator.
