Currently, Frappe doesn’t support translating the placeholder text in the search window to any other language. Even if you add a translation document, it won’t apply to this specific text.

Yes, some time is needed for refreshing, probably due caching. On my side it works smoothly … but it depends on server performance, connection speed, browser …
