Sorry for bothering you after I have just finished the initial setup procedure of ERPnext, but it appears that I am somehow locked out from my instance / account (raggl.erpnext.com).
I am normally rather good with computers, but this one has me stumped: Like I wrote, I just finished with the initial set-up (filling in name information, playing around a little, getting a feel for the system, etc.) and logged out the first time.
After a couple of hours later I wanted to log in again, to do some further set-up, but got an error message saying that “this login is temporarily not available”.
It is improbable that I made an error with the password, because I use a password manager for that and it is an automated process. Also, if I try a bogus password, it comes back with a different error message, properly stating “invalid login”.
I tried to reset the password through the forgotten password process, but never receive an e-Mail. Looking around discuss.erpnext I could not find a similar problem with the search terms “locked out” “login problem” “login error” “login not available”
I really would like to use and get to know ERPnext better (and maybe even “sell” it in the future), but if I can’t get in, that is kind of hard…
Here is hope that there is somebody out there who can help me.
