Is it possible to configure the system to have a user login without necessarily having to connect to an Outgoing Mail Server?
You can reset the password after creating the user. But yes there is no direct option. Maybe you can add it to GitHub. If there are more such requests, we can look into it.

Change the network adapter to Bridged and not NAT is if it set to NAT. That way it will get it’s own IP but on the same subnet as the rest of your network.
