We are expanding our Team, So looking for great mind set people who are ERPNext Functional Consultant with a strong background in Cost and Management Accounting.
someone who enjoys explaining things clearly and solving real business problems.
You’ll be the go-to person for clients using ERPNext — helping them get started, training their teams, and fixing day-to-day issues.
What you’ll do:
Train clients on modules like Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.
Help with setup (masters, workflows, basic configs) during onboarding
Answer client queries and troubleshoot issues
Create simple guides, FAQs, and training docs
Track support tickets and follow up till resolution
We’ve worked with businesses facing similar challenges while implementing ERPNext across accounting and inventory workflows. As operations scale, maintaining clean stock movements, real-time visibility, and accurate financial mapping becomes critical, and often where most setups start to break down.
From our experience, the key areas to focus on are:
• Structuring warehouse hierarchies and stock transfer workflows
• Ensuring proper GL mapping for inventory transactions
• Automating validations to avoid delayed or inconsistent entries
• Building real-time reporting for cross-location visibility
A well-implemented ERPNext system should not just track data, but bring operational clarity across finance and inventory.
