We are implementing Frappe HRMS for a ~80-90 employee startup (India-based).
We are looking for 1 independent Frappe HRMS consultant (not an agency) who can:
- Help implement all HR modules (excluding payroll in phase 1)
- Teach us while implementing (screen-share, walkthroughs)
- Work remotely on an hourly or fixed-cost basis
Scope includes:
- HR masters & employee lifecycle
- Attendance & leave management
- Recruitment, performance & training
- Roles, permissions & workflows
- Reports & dashboards
Engagement:
- Duration: 15â25 hours
- Timeline: 3â4 weeks
- Budget: âı25Kâ30K total
