Looking for Independent Frappe HRMS Consultant (Teaching + Implementation)

Hi,

We are implementing Frappe HRMS for a ~80-90 employee startup (India-based).

We are looking for 1 independent Frappe HRMS consultant (not an agency) who can:

  • Help implement all HR modules (excluding payroll in phase 1)
  • Teach us while implementing (screen-share, walkthroughs)
  • Work remotely on an hourly or fixed-cost basis

Scope includes:

  • HR masters & employee lifecycle
  • Attendance & leave management
  • Recruitment, performance & training
  • Roles, permissions & workflows
  • Reports & dashboards

Engagement:

  • Duration: 15–25 hours
  • Timeline: 3–4 weeks
  • Budget: ₹25K–30K total

Based on the scope you mentioned, a realistic estimate would be closer to ~30–35 hours to ensure things are set up cleanly and your team is comfortable managing it independently.
