Hi
I am trying to implement LTA and have added it as a component and configured it to be paid based on Employee Benefit Claim. I see that it allows only a fixed amount to be defined and does not have the provision to define it based on a formula. I would like to define the LTA amount as a percentage of Basic and to be paid on Employee Benefit being claimed for that month.
