Hello,

add a SMTP account in DocType Email Account but ERPNext has prob to save.
Do not sees a mistake and takes too .

In mail log have SSL_accept error from unknown[x.x.x.x]: Connection timed out

I think the mistake is to verify invalid-trust certificate

@ioanp can you share the exact trace? Or does it just timeout?

Your SMTP service must also support SSL

@rmehta try to add Email Account for smtp server with no trusted SSL certificate
