Mail Domain - WEB.ERROR.LOG - [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT

Hi,

I am trying to configure the ‘Email Domain’ however each time the process stuck and configurations not saved.

The email domain is not listed in ERPNext. it is not one of the lists (Gmail, Yahoo, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Outlook.com, Yandex.mail)

The [WEB.ERROR.LOG] file displays the following repeated lines for each try to configure the email domain

[2020-12-08 16:07:12 +0200] [288030] [INFO] Worker exiting (pid: 288030)
[2020-12-08 16:07:13 +0200] [288115] [INFO] Booting worker with pid: 288115

of course, the log dates and PID are changing each try

Any advice to solve this issue, please

Check if connection with SMTP/IMAP ports allowed on server?

Sometimes vps providers block it.
