Mail notification from Opportunity CRM


I am aware, that it is very helpful to have notifications on unread mails, todos etc. but recieving a mail every 4 mins is a little to much in my understanding :slight_smile:


Where can I change the threshold for e-mails coming from opportunity??

Try deleting the last message from opportunity

no avail.

So I deleted the message… and now I get the notification every 4 minutes from the e-mail prior to the one deleted :thinking:

Deleting the last communication which email is triggered is working with us we usually do clear email queue for which email is triggered.
