I have been trying to add an email account under the gmail service but every time it keeps on saying Timed out. Initially it was okay but its now not working. Thanks
Create a new app password and replace the new password here if you are using the Gmail Account.

Try to login to Google via that account. It may have “Suspicious activity” warning which you can accept.

It might be but if that’s the case maybe somebody can suggest a workaround on this since mailing is a very crucial component of Erpnext
I’ve created gmail accounts many times and I don’t recall any “Request Timed Out” error.
Can you ping google servers from you vps?
